Next Field Trip!

This coming Saturday a group of Internationals and American Volunteers will travel to nearby Detroit for a day filled with activity!  They’ll be spending time on an island park (Belle Isle), going to a fresh market where you can by oodles of fresh food (Eastern Market), strolling through the Heidelberg Project to view the artwork, exploring a festival called River Days which celebrates maritime, ecological and culinary culture, plus take a short ride on the People Mover (an elevated train ride around the business district).  They’ll end the day with dinner in Mexican Town!

All events are free to the public but activities could cost money.  Time frame for this trip is 9AM-9PM.  If you’d like to sign up for this event or find out more details, please contact Julie or Mallory.
