Free Food & Furniture

GC’s annual Free Food & Furniture event is coming up on Saturday, 8/23 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at GC Partner, St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. We are in need of several volunteers, especially those with trucks/trailers, or those without trucks/trailers but are capable of lifting heavy items.  We also still need several food donations. Everyone is invited to join us for dinner! All Internationals who have arrived since May 2014 are welcome to participate in the Raffle. All current Internationals are welcome to participate in the Free-for-All at the end.

Rides will not be provided for this event. From ISS/University Hall in Faculty Parking Lot A, go south on S. College (street across from Faculty Parking Lot A). Go down three blocks. The church is on the left-hand side. Go in through the main doors from the parking lot. Rides will be available after as we transport your items to your home.
